How it works

✅ Fast onboarding: We'll get in touch for an interview, police and reference check within 24 hours. We handle all of this for you including any associated fees. Once you're cleared, you will recieve an invite to our platform to setup our profile and can start taking bookings right away!

✅ Seamless booking process: When your availability is switched on and you’re within your chosen travel radius, booking requests are sent straight to your phone. You can accept or decline with a tap - though an acceptance isn’t always a guarantee, as families may receive multiple options and make the final choice. From time to time, NOD may also reach out directly with ad-hoc requests that come through customer service.

✅ Instant payments: Finish a job, get paid. Payments are processed immediately and deposited into your nominated bank account the same day.

✅ Flexible notice period: Most bookings come through with 4–5 hours’ notice, but sometimes parents need help within an hour for emergencies. You’re never obliged to accept if you’re unavailable—it’s always your choice.

✅ Competitive pay rates: Bookings start at a minimum of two hours, with rates that reflect the premium care you provide.

✅ Meet-and-greet option: Families can book a one-hour introduction at a flat rate of $55—perfect for building trust before a longer booking.
